Using a carbon deoxidizer to burn residual oxygen in the feed gas at a certain temperature, the combustion reaction generates trace amounts of nitrogen dioxide and water in high-purity nitrogen, which are then removed using heating adsorption drying and double tower adsorption processes to obtain high-purity product gas with a purity of 99.999% to 99.9999%. After filtration, clean nitrogen gas is obtained (combustion deoxidization+adsorption drying).
Performance characteristics:
No need to use industrial cooling water, catalyst with long lifespan, long cycle and low regeneration gas volume for dry switching, effectively reducing power consumption and energy consumption;
The drying system can replace the dehydration desiccant without stopping the machine;
The purified product has extremely low levels of oxygen and hydrogen;
